What I'm Loving Wednesday...

Hey y'all....sorry I have been M-I-A for a few days. I had a super busy Sunday that led over into the work week. Whew...so glad today is Wednesday! Today is just a random mish-mash of what I'm loving....and...some of what I am not! :)

What I am loving...

That one of my dear friends from SC is coming for a visit and will be here tomorrow evening! WHOOP WHOOP

That the above statement means.....tomorrow is my "Friday"!!!!

Labor Day! (Thank the Lord for Federal Holidays that lead to....really long weekends!)

Wal-Dryl Anti-Itch Cream.... (you will understand later in this post)

The Hunger Games DVD!.... I may have been a dork...and spent my evening last night just watching the special features... Don't Judge! :)

That my I can finally see the top of my desk at work.... operation get crap done and organized underway!

Two Words....Michael Phelps! mmmm ;)

The following are things that I'm not so fond of....ie... things that really bug the crap out of me!

These little nasty bugs called chiggers or also know to some down south in the Pee Dee as Red Bugs! Let me tell you... we have a HATE-HATE relationship and it never seems to end. Amy goes outside near any tall grass...Amy ends up with Chiggers...its a never ending cycle and it SUCKS! And lucky me my job requires me to spend a pretty good amount of time trapezing around this stuff called Prairie Grass...and you know what else lives in this there...TICKS...both of these nasty little creatures are like tiny kamikaze attackers! Needless to say I will have my tube of Wal-Dryl nearby to keep the incessant itching at bay. OK I'm stepping off my soap box now! :)

It's football season....

Football season is here...high school football started last night and junior colleges start today! I'm headed up north towards the Nebraska line to watch one my my younger cousins debut in his first College football game! I'm pretty excited :). GO GREYHOUNDS!

Next Saturday you will find me camped out in front of my television as my Clemson Tigers take the field for the first game of the season!!!! Whoop Whoop! Unfortunately...I won't make it to Death Valley this season...but I will be there in spirit! BRING.IT.AUBURN! :)

Finally Friday Brain Dump....

First off a BIG Thank You to Annabelle over at...

Annabelle gave me some Blog love today on several different levels! I must say I feel important and special...and who are we kidding what girl doesn't like to feel that way! Annabelle just happens to be my lovely cousin and I am SOOOOO thankful that she knows so much about all things blogging so that she can help me figure this mess out! Because who am I kidding...I know absolutely NOTHING about HTML, ~~ABC~~, ~~123~~ or any of these other acronyms that seem like a foreign language to me. :) So... Annabelle... LOVE YOU... and thank you in advance for all the millions of questions you will be answering in the near future. ;)

On to more randomness...

Today happens to be the Birthday of my BEST FRIEND in the whole wide world!!! Although our paths in life over the past 4 years haven't allowed us to live in the same state and currently a 17 hour drive and many Diet Pepsi's separate us... our friendship is as strong as ever : ) If figure if you can survive being roommates and sharing a bathroom for 3 years while in college and still remain the best of friends....its probably a friendship of a lifetime that many only wish they could have! I have soo many memories of the past 9 years.....

-Fish Water Mac and Cheese

-Ridin Dirty

-When I think about cheating

-I'm a Dork fish

-But that wont stop the bullets

-Chubs and Peggy

-Early Morning Dairy Chores

-Ma'am it appears someone broke the door handle and trashed one of the rooms

-Countless hours at the library

-Stationed by the...

-Everything I touch...turns to gold

and many many many more memories!

(Only she will really understand these)

I'm so proud of what she has accomplished in the past 4 years. So now I'm going to brag a ~~little~~ LOT!!! She is a recent graduate of Veterinary School, and is practicing Equine Medicine in North Carolina! Whoop Whoop...all that work finally paid off :)

Its...."OK"....Thursday! :)

Its Thursday y'all!!! And you know what that means....one day closer to FRIDAY!!!

ITS OK....

To be completely addicted to sweet tea. At least its better than the hard stuff! :)

To be treat your dog like child, talk to them like they will answer and use their full name when they are in trouble!

Run the dryer for an extra ~~30 minutes~~ hour because you don't feel like folding clothes.

To dread Mondays with every fiber of your being.

To shed your work clothes immediately when returning home, for something comfy.

To un-tuck the corners of the flat sheet on ANY bed you sleep in...because you cant stand your feet feeling bound.

and lastly....

To be the QUEEN of Procrastination, why worry with it now when you can do it tomorrow! :)

Side Note- Happy Birthday to My AMAZING Mother! You are the best mom anyone could ask for and I am so blessed that God choose me to be your child! :) You are my constant rock...my shoulder to cry on...my biggest fan and my loudest cheerleader! Even when you say black and I say white...when you say no and I say yes...I Love You! Thank you for making me the person I am today! I Love You To The Moon And Back!!!
